How do I access my membership?

In order to access your membership, you must first login to the site (click here to login). You may also access the login link in our website’s menu bar and footer.

Once you are logged in, you will gain access to our discounts and membership directory.

How do I get my password?

When you first signed up with us, an email should have been sent to you containing an automatically generated password. It’s possible that that email may have ended up in your spam folder.

If you ever need to change your password for any reason, just fill out the email field on the lost password page and an email will be sent to you. The name of that email will be ‘[Colorado MicroBusiness Alliance] Password Reset’, and within that email will be a link that you can click on to reset your password.

How I create my listing?

Note: We ask that you only create one listing.
If you have not created a listing yet, then you may create a listing by navigating to the ‘Manage Your Listing’ link in the footer of our website (you may also click here to visit that page). Please note that you must be logged in to view that page and to create a listing.

Once you have reached the Listing Dashboard page, click on the red button that reads ‘Create a directory listing’ and you will be taken to the page with a form to fill out. After you have filled out all of the required fields, you will preview your listing and then submit your listing for review. All listings must be approved by the administrator before they appear on the website.

How I edit my listing?

To edit your directory listing, please navigate to the ‘Manage Your Listing’ link in the footer of our website (you may also click here to visit that page). Please note that you must be logged in to view that page.

On the Listing Dashboard page, you will see a table that contains your listing’s information. Click on the small ‘Edit’ button underneath the name of your listing to edit your listing.

What happens if I forgot my username/email address?

If you need to recover both your username and email address, please contact us today. (Click here to contact us)

If you know only your username, or only your email address, you can still login to our site using either one of the two.

Once you are logged in, you can visit the ‘Your Account’ page (click here to visit that page) to view and edit your account information.
